Seeing All-Pro has now posted I have some regret, but it's what I could afford at the time and I really never intend to use it for a full on winch bumper. Pull someone out or to pull me out is about the extent. Had they posted sooner, I understand why they shouldn't, wouldn't and couldn't, I probably would have left it alone and waited for an aluminum bumper.

All that being said, I did buy some UCA's in last summers Group Buy, so it's not like I look for the cheapest or most imitated, could have gone LR instead.

Cole is a douche that tried to call the rest of us vinegar water when we called him out. That is not the type of business I would do future purchases with.

I might add, this might be an optimal time for @tcBob to consider adding a wall of shame forum where con men/women and poor business ethics are brought to the forefront when facts to support it emerge.

Truthfully, I feel a bit disappointed in myself now. I never thought of finding out who owns KO offroad. Richard(Dick) McMath never came up in any of my searching. Cole and Landon both did.

It kinda makes sense now. Daddy owns the business and has the mind behind the fabrication. Cole and Landon are both being groomed into the business, probably sales manager and marketing respectively or a combination of both. A lot of Coles forum postings that I found showed that he was pretty much a novice when it comes to mechanical ingenuity. A little green behind the ears with how components work.

That was also put to rest and proven to be fact but not factual. Somewhere along the line he probably went through a legal name change, taking on what would presumably be his step dad Richard's(Dick's) surname. So he indeed at one point was a Lambert. Or maybe he was born out of wedlock and was given his mother's maiden name and legally changed it to his legal father Richard(Penis) McMath.

Either way he neither lied, nor told the truth on that one.

But this thread proves him a liar, and more importantly unresentful for his poor ethics and lack of true business savy.

I won't be putting it on for awhile. Ordered some cab mount chop blanks last night, still have to order some 885's for extra weight.

I'm open to options, but I'd assume they have already bought one of the 26 sold. Then again, assumption is the mother of all fuck ups, to which ai am guilty of quite a lot in my life lol

 

having bumpers re-engineered from china + painted, order in batches, shipped to us, sold off and shipped within us at 40% price point. Im sure margins are tight.....but than again you skip the whole R&D costs and just focus on marketing

The quality will drop over time as the price goes up.

Put a batch of above par bumpers out there to saturate the market a bit, raise your pricepoint once they become known and drop your expense to create a better profit margin with less salesm

 

also cole never did answer questions regarding his friends truck with the ap bump

edit: to bad op dipped from thread fast, I wanted to see more pics of the warehouse he worked in. Maybe we can spot other competing knock offs in the works.
