Back then I used to go to the gym and just do whatever isn't sore that day. Gotta confuse the body right babe? Whatever it takes right babe?

Anyway, I did legs this morning. Weighed myself for the first time in a while and I'm around 164ish. I was 170-175ish when I started counting macros lol. I feel alot leaner honestly but I thought I'd be under 160. still happy though. This is why I don't weigh myself much, I just look in the mirror and watch the gainz.

Had an awesome leg day today. I had the busiest day ever at work today, so I left stressed as fuq and ready to lift. Took a full dose of Mr. Hyde and it hit me hard. I was just in the zone today:

    squats: 135x10, 185x10, 225x8, 275x5, 315x3, 135x10
    Romanian deadlifts: 3 sets of 20, 15, 14 @ 185
    seated leg extensions: 2 sets
    lying leg curls: 2 sets
    calves, abs, serratus

Also, I'm about 90% on pulling the trigger on an 8-disk boxing DVD set on Amazon. It's got super high ratings and all the reviews talk about how it's the best self-taught way to learn. I'm not trying to get in the ring or do any back alley fighting, but it's the only form of cardio I enjoy and learning the basics won't hurt either. Gonna get a full-length mirror for shadow boxing, a speed bag, and a big punching bag...worse case scenario, my garage will look badass lol

    What's your height, bra?

    upload_2016-6-30_19-18-41.jpg

I'll have you know my progress is going in the right direction two weeks in a row! Down to 194! 9 more lbs to go and I should have a decent 4-pack

I've been messing with a heavy bag for a couple of months. Nothing fancy but a good side benefit is gets out the aggression from dealing with people.

He's modest. Never weighs himself, never checks his BF...just looks in the mirror and makes the rest of us jelly
