I boxed 2 years (collegiately, junior/senior year). Boxing is a great workout, but you will find your best gains in that if you have a sparring partner. the mirror, bag, and speedball are all fine for cardio but to get the most benefit, there is no supplement for being in a ring where you are actually worried about getting hit while still hitting, even for the cardio side. it amps things up to a whole different level.

walked around at 170, cut to 156 for matches. I was the biggest (height/reach) in every fight.

I just did that for my first semester. Life was so boring without TW

Also, my bathroom lights are da real MVP

That's awesome. I'd love to get actual lessons eventually, but right now, I work 40 hrs a week, I'm at law school 3 nights a week, and go to the gym the other 4 nights of the week. Aesthetics is my #1 priority, so I'll never give that up to box or any other physical activity. Maybe when I graduate in 2 years, I can look into it.

Don't know what I did differently on Monday when I did legs, but I'm still sore as hell today. And it was leg day again this morning. Woke up late, but came anyway. Rushed through squats superset with wide leg press, then superset leg extensions and leg curls, then calves. No time for cardio. Not sure I could run anyway. My whole Lower body hurts.

I weighed in at 194 this morning and I'm 5'11'' and about 13-15% bf. Also, I wore jeans to work today...you can't both do legs regularly and wear jeans comfortably...it's one or the other. I feel like Luke Bryan

I wore some pants to dinner the other night that I hadn't worn in a few months. They were uncomfortable in the good way, except my junk was on full display...like I said, the good way ;)

    Just added everyone

Thoughts on range of motion for incline dumbbell press? I've been repping with elbows to 90 degrees for the past several months with great strength results, but I've heard from some guys that dumbbells need to touch chest for every rep where as others say only drop to where elbows are at 90 degrees.
