I had a friend borrow one of his friend's old Tundra to move some furniture. He placed the chair on the side of the bed, slid it up the side of the bed and over into the inside. Needless to say when we moved into our house, I didn't ask that friend for help.

@Bruce988jl Thanks for deleting my duplicate Subaru FB items. Stupid phone app, I'm usually pretty good about that stuff.

No worries. The brotato is strong in the Subaru crowd. One of the supporting reasons I decided to move my STi after 9 years. Of course, then I bought the Vette and now I just thumb through the forums and laugh. Some people get SO mad when you drive those cars in the rain. The thought of the car just being wet is like...keeping them up at night.

Finally did it, got fed up with my lying boss and quit. This is pertaining to my part time gig. It'll be nice having evenings back and not have to deal with customers all the time...

Eh it's a million things all added up. But the final straw was when he didn't have the balls to tell me that I couldn't take a company car home for the night so... instead he told my tech to put the car I wanted to take home up on the lift and pretend to work on it... I would not have cared if he said yes or no but he put my tech in a spot where he now had to lie to me which he's too nice of a guy to. It was a slap in the face and it was the final straw.

So I left, called the manager in charge and told her to tell him I said 'I'm done and fuck off'. I covered his fuck ups for 5 years, lost half of my original car friends because they hated him and have been working essentially for free for the last 6 months because he suddenly decided that since I'm part time I don't need to get paid hourly, only for commission.

I could go on and on, his whole staff hates him and no one listens to him. He's lied to so many customers and made false promises which in turn we either have to fix or take the blame. It's a move for the better - the commission wasn't worth it and he's one of the too much money for his own good types so he doesn't know what it's like to work your butt off to put dinner on his table. The job to him is a game where as he doesn't understand that he's playing God with his employees and their families on the line.

    /end rant...

    Morning peeps!

DANG Jason. That's some f'ed up stuff right there. People are stupid, period. Sometimes you wonder how they got to hold position of power at jobs when they don't know shit. Or if they do know, they abuse it to a certain extent and then people quit left and right on them because they are shit bosses. Good for you man. You have to do what's best for you, and you clearly did that. My job has been getting to me as well, but not because of my boss. Other stuff, and it's starting to get real old so thinking of starting to look for something else. But not going to get into it and bore people with the BS.

Quick question, but of a noob question actually, for all you Tacoma experts.

Will the mats of a DC 2014 fit on a 2005?!

Yea the only reason why he is in the position he has is because he has money and opened the company. It's sad but he's one of the more hated people in the local import scene and due to his actions the shops name has had a bad rep from his actions and decisions from the past.

What kind of mats are you looking for? I have oem Toyota rubber mats if for a 2008 dcsb if you want them. I'll never use them because I swapped up to weathertechs.

I see. Well, that says it all to me right there.

As far as the mats, I'm actually not looking for any but have someone interested in my stock rubber mats from my 2014, but they have a 2005 so they're asking if they'll fit. I honestly don't know if they do or don't, so figured I'd ask and see what the consensus was.

I think the tabs are in different spots, don't quote me on that though. I just seem to recall seeing that somewhere.
