Not happy about something to do with the bumper, or just generally in an unhappy mood?

To start, big quarter size dent in my light bar.
The lower mounting plate is off.

Tomorrow I'll work at it again, bumper is to high, needs to be lowered again. But with the lower plate way off, only way for it to bolt together is have the bumper pushed up a to high.

Lower plate does not line up with one side of the sway bars.

And I gotta get up and work again tomorrow.

The left to right alignment on both front and rear is perfect. Only real issue I have is the front lower attachment is not lining up 100%.

I'll get some picture s up after I make sure it was not installer error.

I think the bumper was supposed to come with spacers (washers) and each person add more or less washers to fit your truck...I believe that's how other bumpers are done, and that is what I will be doing

Neither of my Apex bumpers came with spacers. I used large washers to get the bumper to sit forward enough to clear the grill.

@Mikeybuck I'm curious to see the outcome after you contact JohnJonColeRobertSteve. Mine is due to arrive Tuesday.

I didn't see any spacers. I'll try that.

I emailed him this morning and he called but I missed the call since I'm working.

So they can turn a $1200 bumper into a $2400 bumper with enough tests.

Let me just add my 2 cents on this. I own a small business here in New Mexico. I do emergency lighting and radio installs on emergency vehicles. I was the only one for years. A new shop opened up after they got ahold of one of my units and saw how I was doing it. They are charging more and the work they are putting out keeps getting returned to them due to poor workmanship. I don't agree with how things are done sometimes and the stealing of someone else's ideas. But when it comes down to these bumpers I have to say it's what some of us can afford. I work a fulltime 40 hour a week job and work for myself. I cant afford to buy one of those high dollar bumper, I AM SORRY. I want a winch bumper and I will probably be buying one of those off of ebay. Tar And Feather me if you want but bring your prices into reality and more of us working slobs could afford to buy one from you.
