A lot of these gyms are housed in, or share space with, crossfit facilities. The one in Westminster, MD shares space with "Crossfit Retribution." It is because commercial gyms won't let them host events or monopolize equipment and hours, but the crossfit gyms will.

You are a little lighter than me right? Maybe not during your "bulk" but I thought you were usually around 150? We gotta rep for the little guys in this thread :curls:

In March I was at 170 with a 315 bench, 335 squat, 405 dead. Right now I'm back to 150 and I have no clue where those numbers are.

Womp...now I feel small. Ok - I'm eclipsing 300 on bench and 400 on deads.

    Pre-cut big 3 was:

    bench: 330
    deadlift: 430
squat: 365 (Actually got this on my cut, which I was very surprised about)

Just got done with upper body this afternoon. I got off at noon and our boss treated us to bbq for lunch. Ate 2 bbq sandwiches covered in cole slaw  I was so full when I got off that I came home and took a 2 hr nap and the went to the gym. To make up for the ~1500 calorie lunch, I'm basically only eating protein for the rest of the day lol.

    flat barbell bench
    cable flies
    reverse grip bent-over rows
    close-grip lat pull-down
    standing Arnold press
    bent over dumbbell reverse flies
    standing dumbbell front raises
    rope trap pulls (?)
    bb curls
    overhead triceps extensions
    standing concentration curls
reverse grip straight bar triceps extensions

Now, time to drink my liver into oblivion tomorrow and Sunday...no ragrets

x2. The only radio I listen to now is classic rock and even the pop stations...it's sad that I'd rather listen to Beiber over bro-country...Zac Brown & Eric Church are about the only mainstream guys I like, as well. For good country, I either listen to the old outlaw stuff or Sturgill Simpson radio on Spotify.

Got up to about 209 in March before my cut and about 16-17% bf. I'm not bulking again until I am below 12% bf...then, the goal is to lean bulk to around 210-215

Decided since I've dropped 8 lbs since surgery I'm gonna ride this train and see what happens. Dropped calories to 2100 since I'm not working out. Still plenty of food for me. And see what I end up at when the Ortho does release me to go back to a full workout. @Kerleyfries and I were talking if things go the way they have been ill hit somewhere around 198-205 when it's said and done. Then clean bulk back to 220 and cut to 200 then back to 220 and see what that gets me with and keep doing that cycle until next fall and start evaluating surgery at that point.

I'm thinking at 6'4" 220 is about where I want to end.
