I will try that. Saves me a trip from driving there from Ashburn.

Maybe I can meet up with you and buy some from you?

Buy? Crap. You can have. Let me find it to make sure I still have it. I get out a little after lunch and will look when I get home.

Others have. Oil isn't really ever going to be in the tube. Just vapor/residue. So I would think you would be ok, as long as it's the right diameter. One drawback is durability though. Clear tube typically isn't all that weather and heat/wear resistant.

Nobody has built the exact same truck yet. But if it had black bumpers I would say it's similar to what I have in mind. In the mean time still trying to sell my other truck so I can get kings :anonymous:

I think I used some clear tube from Home Depot that had some type of reinforcement lines weaved through it when I did the relocate. Has held up so far.

I found the roll of fuel line. I ordered a 25' roll, so there is plenty of leftovers if you want some.

Crap, my taco made an unusual noise today twice! Got me freaked out.. It's hard to describe.

I was leaving work so my truck had sat for all day and I was slightly accelerating out of the little parking lot. Then I felt a vibration in the gas peddle and heard a noise similar to what you hear when you have condensation on your brakes/rotors and you're coming to a stop. But it sounded a little more metallic... Never experienced this (not a mechanic) and called my dad who is a pretty experienced mechanic and he didn't know. That could just be my description not being good though.

    Any ideas?

Did you wear through your brake pads? Wife did the same thing in her subi and heard a similar noise.

Idk, would that be the issue if I was accelerating and not braking?
