It's ok bud. Wasn't making fun. I've told people in both LE and Military about the panel and they didn't know what it was either, or at least couldn't grasp the concept. Some people just know, others don't.

Either way, I'd highly recommend it!

What's the current price for a full panel, and when will the next buy be?

Look at the original post on page 1. I'm currently placing people on the list those who are interested in ordering. I need minimum 15 to place and order.

Put me down for interest for the AC version once it gets worked out. I will even test fit the first ones if we can work something out PM me. I have an 06' AC is that matters at all.

I'm gonna take a look at my regular cab and see if it matches the drawings you have in the original post.

As far as painting these panels, I have seen several options posted on here (Rustoleum, Duplicolor, powder coating, etc.). Has anyone tried using Plasti-Dip ? Before you laugh, keep in mind that I have never used Plasti-Dip and I do not know the pros and cons of it. I only know what little I have read in the forums.

Also, I had considered putting (black) carpet behind it to match the rest of the interior. Pros ? Cons ? Thank you in advance for any advice that is offered.

My experience with Plasti-Dip is limited to badges but I think the sharp edges of the panel would make Plasti-Dip prone to peeling off very easily. Couple that with molle bag straps rubbing those edges and you would likely be faced with a long tedious "now how do I get all of this effing Plasti-Dip off" session.

That makes a lot of sense and I had not thought of that. Now, I think I'll just paint it instead.

image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg I purchased my panel from another member that purchased it through Docolo. I received it earlier this week.

I did have to enlarge the bolt holes for the center seat latch striker and for the smaller bolt hole at the driver's side midway down. Otherwise, everything else was good.

Painted it last night and installed it today. I decided to add carpet behind the panel.
One, to help insulate the inner wall of the cab and two, I thought it would look better having everything black instead of having a white inner wall behind a black panel. I am very pleased with the outcome. The carpet was a pita but it all worked out ok in the end.

I purchased the carpet and some molle pouches from Amazon. Some I attached with the molle straps sewn onto the pouches. One did not have straps and I used Blackhawk speed clips. They work ok too.

I purchased some Quick Fists to mount a shotgun and/or AR15 but will have to drill holes to mount the Quick Fists and I did not have the right hardware for that today so that will have to wait until tomorrow.

Here are some pictures of the project.

Sorry, I didn't read this whole tread. Please forgive if this question has already been asked.
Is there one of these for the double cap with JBL audio?

It has only been designed. The measurements are not confirmed though as I have no way to test it without someone with a JBL to test it. Thoughts?
