They don't. I use wet cell EverStart Maxx brand batteries from Walmart. I have them for starting and deep cycle for auxiliary. About $99 They work for me. :)

Well that first trail is to Laurel Lakes
Proposed to my wife at the aspens on 10/8/10

But what is that other big lake? I can't triangulate it. Nor can my wife.

Yes! The big lake is, Tioga Lake. Just off the pass (CA-120) from Lee Vining.

More pics in my build thread starting on page 105 and 106

And lol at my kids shoes on the roof rack. Good for drying wet items during adventure transit. :D

Pics are from Eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains. Go up the U.S. 395. June lake loop, Mammoth lakes area, Yosemite, etc. Shit ton of places to explore, and lots of lakes to recreate in. Wish I could live forever to see it all.

Naw, I meant the pics of the camp site next to the big lake. I can see a site tag hanging on a post. At first I thought it was Twin Lakes up near Bridgeport, but that area is more rugged.

Wow, OK, I actually found that on google earth but thought it was a vista point, didn't zoom in enough. I think I remember considering that camp before while doign research, and thought 13 site, no reservations, heavy use, no way. You must have hit it just right.

    Thanks.

We were going to camp in Yosemite at one of the other first come first served campgrounds, but I was tired of driving and just pulled in, and wife said this place looks good. I guess we got lucky. Half the campground cleared out Thursday 10am-ish. It was a neat place, never stayed there before. Twice each summer we just point the truck North on US-395 and wherever we wind up is where we go.

Beautiful area. @logcabinwc and I went up to Mammoth this summer in my rig. We mostly boarded and skied, but we did a little exploring to see convict lake and the hot springs. Endless dirt roads to explore.
