    For public record: I have sold/destroyed any of my soon-to-be illegal firearms as of today.

    That's all I'm saying.

    Worse. It basically turns any AR15/AK pattern with some form of "permanent magazine attachment mechanism" into an assault weapon. Registration or jail time, your pick. Only way to get around that now* is featureless, meaning no pistol grip, no adjustable stock, no forward grips, no flash hiders, and no bullet button. :facepalm:

    * Registration begins 1/1/17 and confiscation begins 1/1/18
