    I think they are a screw out insert, then pop out the whole clip. Mine were broken off. Replaced with el cheap-o from Advance Auto.

    Did a 13 mile bike ride with Brenda. i guess I'll call her by her name as opposed to... "new chick". We're at that point now.
    my legs feel like jello.
    Literally, the first time i have been on my bike in just under 20 years.
    But, she likes to stop and drink along the way, so that helped to kill the pain. pretty sure I'll be paying for this tomorrow.
