    Anyone gyming today? If you are can someone do me a favor especially if you're doing back and or squats. When you do a rep on either one get your gym buddy or some random to feel your shoulder right on top where your collar bone connects to the shoulder and see if you feel pressure there doing your set. Mostly concerned with dead lifts and squats. Much appreciated if someone can.

    Yea they taste kinda like those 5 hr energy drinks, but a little more bitter and a bad after taste. Good thing I had my sour patch kids :cool:

    The only things I can think of that don't use shoulders in some way are leg machines, ab crap, and lower back hyperextensions

    I love 5 hr energies. I get one every afternoon on the way to school. Tastes like bigfoot's dick, but they're a great energy boost and only 5 cals

    Not worried about using the shoulder it's the pressure areas of pulling and pushing on it I'm trying to figure. Like where the pressure is placed on the actual joint. Maybe I'm describing it wrong.

    I honestly rarely do abs. Maybe once a week. I only do cable crunches, leg raises, hip thrusts and decline sit ups.
