I'm surprised you asked this considering you've read all 1292 pages of this thread...several people have mentioned OPT7 on here...

Had you searched OPT7 you'd see a lot of people are running them and they have ordered them from either Amazon or EBay. Someone even made their own thread about it.

Ugh. People don't get my sense of humor. I have the opt7 BTW. That's just another one like the LED interior lights. Somebody might get my jokes.

Might want to consider adding a "lol" here and there. If you haven't noticed, text is very one dimensional.

I know this may not be a place for this but, If one has a 2016 Tacoma and adds a 2-3" lift, new rims, bigger tires all of course tasteful! If down the line wanted to trade in or sell, would that get a lesser offer then staying all stock!

Sorry if i'm a dick for asking and not reading every single post here to find out this question, just saying!

    :oldglory: Merca!

Thanks for any response even if you give a sarcastic response, for me asking!

    Thanks Bro's

    Fair enough. LOL!!!!!

I also noticed many people (not you sir) will probably think i'm being a dick. OK then. It's really just an observation in human behavior. I think its interesting the 1292 pages on this thread. Will it ever die? It's starting to get redundant. When you really think about it, only about every 100 pages or so do you see something unique. Again, not that that is bad, i'm just saying i think the original intent of the thread was to get ideas for our trucks. This thread has morphed into a catch all. Again, just fine. Making an observation.

One last observation, I had to defend each of my comments for some reason. Probably because if you sway one thing wrong on here people blow up and throw a little fit.

I bet even on a national holiday if i said something like "wish i got better gas mileage" i would get some serious fireworks going with people telling me "you should have bought a car!!!".

    LOL
    LOL
    LOL
    LOL
    calm down eveyone.

I think it's because there are 1292 pages and counting. There are usually 3-5 new pages added per day. I tried reading from the beginning, but it's too much of a task. Your post alone will generate 2-3 new pages from all the replies....including mine :)

Context plays a big part as well, and the joke was pretty clear.
I mean, it was only another two posts along from his original post...

 it's all good man. I was trying to help you out. Just reading the thread can answer your questions before you ask. I didn't mean to come across as a dick.

It is had to decipher someone's true intentions and tone through text. Things get misinterpreted all the time. No biggie, life goes on.

Thats one reason I stayed with stock suspension on my rear wheel drive with slightly larger tires at least through the warranty. Its not that you will positively get less for the truck. The problem is you will not get any extra by spending all that green for the lift. That is assuming anyone still trades vehicles. Selling private party you would recover more of your lift investment. The dealer will use that as a reason to give less trade in. That does not mean that the dealer will not ask more for it. It just helps them de-value your trade allowance. When, or should I say if, all of my warranty issues are resolved and I decide to keep mine a few years then I may at least level mine to accommodate more aggressive tires and wheels. As badazz as they look lifted Mr Toyota will say they must spend money to make it stock before they can sell it and thus reduce the trade offer by $1000 or more. Bottom line is blackbook, Kelly and NADA do not allow for added lift but do add for "premium" wheels. And, not trying to be a dick, as if there is an effort required, there are other forums here including "wheel specs" and "tire and wheel fitment"and "tire size" and "will these fit on stock suspension".
