    The over load springs are the thickest (in this case 2) spring(s) on the bottom. I put in the AAL to aid in supporting all the weight I keep in the bed ( around 500 pounds, give or take). My uses necessitate the AAL, but it doesn't sound like yours do. These springs give a surprising amount of lift. Removing the second overload will bring ride height down about 1/2". Even with the full meal deal, these springs ride really nice with my current setup. Expect about 4" of lift in the rear, even with the topper.

    you like that huh? i did the flames and stuff myself the whole car built rt in my garage. rt now i've got 2 daughters i'm helping out 1 will be a junior in college but is taking a semester off so i'm having to subsidise her some until she starts her job. once that's behind me and i only have 12 house payments left it will be time to play.

    If you're keeping it a little budget oriented, do 5100s in front and maybe the Billstein extended travel (5125, I think) in rear if doing Dakars. I went with Billy B110s to get full use of my shackle flip when I do it - 29" brake lines are due in tomorrow!
