The most I've ever weighed is 209, but it was sloppy (~15-17% bf). I'm in the 190's and around 14-15% bf right now, but I'm not gonna bulk back up until I lose some more fat. My goal is to be at 185 and around 10-12% bf.

im 6'0. Its been a tough got for me. I have never had to watch my diet or diet at all for that matter being a rugby/football/Shotput power lifting type athlete. Its always been feed the beast if you know what i mean.

My goals for the wedding was to be as BIG and as LEAN as possible but have an end result i can maintain at the least. Strength has been the same, i have even made some gains back in some areas. Is this from my test booster...i don't know but i love being 220+ and have a 32-33inch waist.

Thanks for all the props, Im gonna keep on the grind as working 14-16 hours at stampede kills ones muscles and composition big time.

Haven't been in here for a while. It's a special week for me so I figured I'd share.

Four years ago this month, my brother and I set out to create a place where we could slam bars however the Hell we pleased. We rented out a dark, wet, nasty, tiny back room of an abandoned cheese factory and bought $1200 worth of weights and squat racks. We had four other friends that shared our passion and joined us. No heat, No AC, one light bulb, leaking roof. Ha Ha. Here's the only pic I still have.

It kind of named itself "BRICKHOUSE". You can see why.

Fast forward one year. We now had roughly twenty people in our band of brothers, and space was REALLY tight. Time for a new building.

So. Much. Space. We were delighted. We still had no heat or AC, but we didn't care. We had the space and the resources to do what we wanted to do.

Fast forward to one year ago. We were still doing our thing, but now with around 40 of our best friends. So we decided it was time to make our baby nice and comfy. Remodel. Central heat/AC. Tons of new equipment. Gym life is grand.

Anyway... I say all that to say this. Whatever it is you want, go fucking get it!

Short answer - yes. Better answer...

Everyone chips in $XX.XX/month to cover rent, bills, and replace equipment as it breaks down. We live in a little po-dump town so rent is pennies on the dollar compared to most places in the world. The equipment we use (barbells, bumpers) is cheap in comparison to the machines you would see in a globo style gym. We make a lot of our own stuff to cut costs (pull-up rig, sleds, atlas stones, etc.) All of that combined keeps us a little ahead of the curve and in the green.
