    It's called pump powder, by man sports. It's another stim free pre and I've been impressed with man sports products so I wanted to try this one. Also it comes with another free supplement if you buy it from bodybuilding.com. Amino acids I believe.

    Thank you sir,

    I have been lifting for years and every other day still learning new things about myself and what I'm capable of. Once i reach 220, I'm gonna do everything in my power by switching my diet and training routine to get as big ( i.e full blown body builder hypertrophy work outs only) vs the mixed powerlifter body builder work outs i have been doing over the last few months.

    What a special day in the gym. Most of you saw it. For those of you that didn't, I had 2 almost quarter squat gang squatters working out beside me. As I was doing cardio, this 6', 145 lb kid came in wearing a tank, and In the mirror I saw him hit a couple sets of curls, then BOOM, off comes the tank, strutting around like King Cock. I really only go to the gym to see guys like today.

    I feel like I should probably introduce myself in this thread since I've been stalking it every day for a while now.

    My name is Matt. 29 years old. 6'1", 217lb, 14%bf (best I can estimate). Current goal is clean bulk. Work out 5 days per week in the gym with 2-3 additional cardio sessions at home.

    I'd post a picture of me with my shirt off to try to fit in a little better, but I'm not sure I've ever taken one... Gotta find some magic lighting and get one for you guys asap.
