Only found 1 more on youtube and 1 complaint on TW.
I have seen your same squeak on youtube. That is rear leaf noise where mine is directly by the front shock and a-arm, or sheet metal on frame, adjacent to the front passenger tire. It is doing it 75% of the time now. And it only did it 4 days in April and quit for 2 months. Thought I got lucky. I don't feel very lucky. My greater concern is in 30k miles when the warranty goes away. Can you imagine a dealer price to, worst case scenario, separate a body panel from the frame to replace bushings at 4 hours labor. Imagine that bill at 37k miles on the truck you just paid off. See the last part of the 2nd video I found for that TRD OR with my squeak. It creaks just like mine does entering a parking space. That is why I have been parking far away from people. It is total embarrassment to me. I take pride in everything I drive. Ain't no pride in this noise.

Did you make a new hole in the gromet? I am asking because that's what I did, for my switchpro I just want to see if there is a better way.

You need to open a case with corporate and push for extended warranty and perhaps buy back under lemon law if they can't fix.

    .
Last weekend ... load on Undercover SE ... 12' window trim (about 12' from edge of closed tailgate to inside of windshield on AC/LB) ... in process of securing the load.

Moving blankets under load ... load balanced with minimal load over tailgate ... had no scratches on anything with moving blankets (4 loads in 1 day).

There is but you gotta drill. There is a perfect spot in the firewall where this guy drilled a hole and put a grommet in it for the power wire. Circled it in red

Ok that is a great spot I would have never thought of that one. I made a new hole into the gromet then sealed it with black silicone.

I will open a case in the next 24 hours. I think what kills me is that I just cannot pinpoint the source. I grew up in the 70's and started working on cars at a young age. I worked at a Ford dealer in the 70's where we torch cut shock towers to drill and tap for zerks in the control arms to grease them to shut them up. My 2016 Tacoma sounds like that. Would think it would be easy to put a finger on. That is why I feel strongly it is a body bushing because it seems to be above the suspension. I just wish it was my only issue with the truck. First doing maintenance on my old reliable 1998 Maxima with 86k miles just in case I don't get a loaner truck. Gotta have something to drive. And it is extremely quiet. I would drive the Maxima a month if thats what it takes to get my Yota fixed.
