Thanks again man for the help. Was able to get it to work. Connected that green wire to one of these so I can use it as a port for all 4 of my switches.

You could splice a wire from the center and run it to the other side. Not sure what your panels look like in the center. Can take a multimeter to it and turn on/off the dash lights to find a reading if there is no green wire to connect to. Just assuming though as I am no electrician.

Ya sure. I use these all over my house to replace all the wing nuts in my house. Makes things so much easier.

Yeah you have a point I'll try to like around. So did you just splice into the green wire from the cargo light switch and then connected it to this and then connect the other 4 switches so they all light up when you turn the lights on? I'm almost retarded when it comes to electrical stuff and I just got some led pods and an air on board switch coming that I need to wire. I'm also getting the 3 switch panel so I can add a winch, and some other lights.

 

Yep, did everything you mentioned. I have my light bar, bed led spot lights, air compressor and winch switch all connected to it.

 

Wow, great product OP. I will be ordering one soon as I have my stealth LED bar on order and have been wondering what I was going to do about wiring. Problem solved.

 

Absolutely excellent post and product. Question: Does anyone know of a switch that would fit in the panel with graphics of a/ for a garage door? I could connect the switch to my garage door opener and use it to open/close the door.

 

Updated top post with a dual narrow switch plate per a PM request I got yesterday. Also, when I was uploading I took a minute to see what's been ordered lately and I noticed that someone actually got one in a color other than black. So now I gotta know, how's it look in red? Show yourself stranger.

EDIT - One more thing while I'm thinking about it, looks like Shapeways is selling strong & flexible plastic products at 20% off thru the 19th. Good way to save a couple of bucks if you've been waiting.

 

I'm looking for a switch like that also, haven't found one yet. I'd also be happy with a switch that fits the long switch opening (~39x21mm) and contains 2 or 3 momentary switches so I could control multiple garage doors.

This is probably a dumb question. I got the 3 switch panel from Shapeways in black. I have noticed that some photos show the panel matching the interior graphite color perfectly. If they are being spray painted could someone provide the brand and color used. I have looked but couldn't find anything close.
