Other side of the Blue Route. I'll shoot you a PM.

That sounds like a plan, let's shoot for Saturday. Careful coming over here though, HH6 may put you to work on our remodeling project :)

Itll also sit funny away from the cab because the front cross bar is already like 5 inches from the front window!

The height on that rack is crazy! Haha are you planning on putting something ontop of it?

2 x 2 tubing. Was going to go with 1-1/2 but figured it would look too small and be too weak. Rack height matches the cross bars of my cab rack. Eventually will have a RTT on it, but it sees almost daily use for hauling building materials.

Gotcha! We made mine so that the RTT would sit pretty a little higher than the rack... It sits about 4 inches higher than the ski rack holders I use for my fishing rods

Eww. Mines not that tall. That is until I get an erection....err my truck gets an erection and I release my antenna. 102" I believe whip mounted on the bed. Haha. Last time I did some wheeling with my buddy the next day on my way to work I kept hearing this sound. Finally hit a heavily wooded area and realizes my antenna was still up smacking off stuff. Haha oops.

Sunday better? If we're doing front ends in three trucks we probably won't get to any welding, but the rest should be doable.

I hear a lot of ppl greasing them once a year. But I'm wondering in the fall when I apply fluid film if I get them fixed by then I may pull them out and dip them in fluid film them reinstall. Also anybody that replaced their lca shit. What exactly do you need. Bushings, bolts, cams? I went to the dealer and told him every thing and he quoted me like 46x$.

If your LCA cams are frozen you'll need new cams, bolts and bushings. If not the bushings are a wear item, and the rest should be reusable.

If you've flattened the cam tabs you'll need to replace those too.

Getting the bushings out of the arms is a royal PITA, as they are also installed dry.

Take off that day! If the extra hands only cost you some lienenkugel summer shandys then it beats a day at work!

What welding needs to be done?

Anti sieze works best... @PSU Taco85 did it to his and after 2 years they were still good.

    Nope... Dry is bad!

You can take my old ones rebuild them and then just give me your old ones when you get time to swap them in if youd like?

    I'm open either day.

@TinyTech626 needs sliders welded on, in addition to the front end rebuild party.
