I am planning a trip to Alamo Mountain, which is in the Los Padres National Forest, just outside Hungry Valley. The trip starts inside Hungry Valley and travels into the National Forest and up to over 7000 feet of elevation to Alamo Mountain. It is a 41 mile round trip from the Hungry Valley South entrance gate.

So far my wife and I are going and Odinsbro is a maybe, but hopefully.

Reply to this and tag me with @Z50king if you are interested.

    Hey there Andy!
Had a great weekend, hope everyone else was able to too!
Learned today that the intermittent wobble problem I have been experiencing is due to the mounting bushings on the steering rack being shot. Had to get some replacements on order and to replace requires removing the whole shebang according to the shop. (highly reputable and I have used for years). They also said they have seen this before in these trucks.
Oh well, at least now know what is causing it and can work on getting it resolved.

    Catch you all later!

Your truck isn't old enough to have smoked bushings. What gives?
