    Thanks bro! Yes I will be making some frames for the flares out of some 1" square tube that I have and then probably a thin piece of steel plate over it. Like 14-16 gauge.

    :thumbsup::D

    Thanks Matt!! I appreciate it. I'm happy with how it's turning out!

    Heck yeah buddy!! Seems like everybody is doing an expo trailer right now! They're so awesome and practical to have. Especially with a small family and animals. I will have my wife, my little girl, my dog and myself. So that's a good amount of extra gear to carry. The trailer will help a lot with that

    HA! Well, I never planned to do a trailer build.. I felt like my "overlanding" days were pretty much done and I started gathering SAS parts.. Then I came across a insane deal near me on CL and now I will do a moderate trailer build.. to hold me over until I have everything for the SAS

    Yeah, that is what mine will be. No wheeling, just something to leave at camp

    Lol, Yeah.. There is no point to really wheel a trailer unless thats the only way to get to your camping spot or whatever, IMO.

    How would you go about registering a custom built trailer like that without a title or whatever?

    Gotcha. I looked into it but couldn't find much besides no title required for under 4K lbs.

    Yup, going to do that tomorrow. Also, going to check out that m100 trailer tomorrow, if it's as nice as in the pics, I'm going to buy it. If not, I'll probably do a custom build like this because this shit looks sick!!

    I just wanna be able to take my truck down moderatley difficult trails. If I'm going to a place like Moab for Rock Therapy or something, I'll use my trailer for base camp. But I like to try to get back into more difficult areas when I camp so it'll be nice to have the trailer able to keep up

    What kind of gas jugs will you be purchasing to put on the trailer?

    Dry cut saw is what we use. Theyre great and all but they throw billions of chips, loud as fuck and blades are very expensive

    Yes. All this is why I still haven't pulled the trigger yet. However, they ensure a nice straight cut every time unlike the abrasive blades that can bend a little. And I'm getting sick of all the black dust in my garage from the abrasive blades hahaha
