Come on...the 17 won't have a different window design... all I gotta do is order the way over-priced parts for a 17, right..??
I'd go with your idea, but I've got my 16 filled up with fluids and greased and I'm not about to do that again...anytime soon...

    Thanx

Looking forward to joining the Candian Tacoma Owners club. Currently own a 2014 VW Golf Sportwagen TDI 6spd that I am not so patiently waiting to have bought back by VW. All the news that came on June 28th has been US specific, so we are still waiting for a resolution in Canada.

I've already test driven a 2016 TRD Off-road Accesscab in grey and loved it. I live in Georgetown, ON and my dealer ended up selling that very truck within that same week. I've seen him around town recently with a shell on the box and it looks fantastic. So frustrating not to be able to order one right now. Totally stuck in limbo until VW settles this.

Looking to pickup a 16 or 17 Quicksand TRD Off-road Accesscab the minute VW buys back my car. Until then I'll continue to read these threads and wait.

Adding to the frustrating wait on VW, I saw this at the Keg Heartland in Mississauga a few weeks ago. Planning on getting the exact same grill for mine. Totally transformers the look of the truck. That along with some FN wheels and K02s.

No, good news for Canada is that it still will come with the 6' box

No to both, the off-road will be equipped like the access cab model so no moonroof, blindspot or wireless charging

Hey guys, I have another update for you. There is going to be a limited supply of the TRD Pro models in Canada. Sounds like only 275 will be supplied to the whole country. I am guessing that we will be able to sell the parts for it though just like the TRD Pro Tundra's.

dealer installed options for the pro mods are about $5k - $7k

i suspect the factory trd pro will be in the mid $40's canadian with higher apr's than the sport and ltd.

I'm guessing a little higher. A Limited is just about 45K, so I'm think'in it's going to be really close to 50K or maybe even slightly higher by the time you add in destination charges.

possibly, but i'm basing it on toy canada not wanting to piss off LTD buyers and the Jeep Rubi Unltd being in the mid-$40 range too... $49k is Tundra TRD OR money and $50k + is creeping into Tundra Crewmax TRD Pro money.

toyota will have some decisions to make on pricing this one for sure.

Once I know more about the pricing I can update you guys. When the 2016 models were released we didn't get the pricing until practically the day before they landed at the stores though.
