    If you're properly enjoying life it will occasionally try to kill you. Last night was a reminder of that. I went mountain biking and ended up with two sprained wrists and wide spread trail rash.

    Nothing serious, just signs of a good time. The double wrist sprain might make doing tree work a little challenging... And I may need a new helmet too. Mine seems to have served its purpose well.

    Hi Dan, I'm sorry to see you got hurt. I hope it doesn't feel as bad as it looks :eek:. I also hope Flip didn't get hurt. I think I would be better suited to mountain walk instead of mountain bike :D. I don't seem to need a bike to fall, I've done it just walking or running. Plus being up on a bike would take away my advantage of not having far to fall :).

    I was trying to look at my heart rate monitor while I was running last week and somebody put the curb right where I needed to step and I hurt my ankle, skinned my knee, and put a big bruise on my cheek. I don't post pictures of my face but it was my other cheeck :D... but then I think I would cause a different kind of problem if I posted a picture of that :rofl:
