I like that the truck seems to use the incline/decline measurements to determine when to shift to a lower gear in order to engine brake down hills after slightly pressing the brake pedal.

I like mine, haven't had any problems with it and it shifts where its supposed to. Even going up through the mountains it does great, on the freeway going up the grades it'll downshift into 5th, RPMS are right at 2900-3000 and I'll end up accelerating and passing people up it at 75+. Does it accelerate like a Powerstroke Turbo Diesel.. no but its a midsize truck and handles great.

I love how it handles, its very nimble on and off road, all of the tech, the interior and the exterior. I find myself staring at it all the time.

I think you may have me confused with Smitty99 or another user like BlueT. I've always loved my truck.

Yeah you must have him confused with smitty99 who makes it pretty obvious in every thread that he posts in that he hates his truck.

I must, my mistake. I'm stoked to see so many people that are happy with these awesome trucks.

Just drove from Wyoming to Colorado and I love the height of the door with the window down. I find on many new cars I can't comfortably rest my elbow on the door with the window down because it is too high and makes an awkward angle. On the Tacoma it is perfect. A very small thing, but it fits perfect.

I am impressed with the gas mileage. I get better mpg on back roads than I do highway. I'm about 25 backroad commuting vs 22 highway.
