    I'll post back the results Friday, seller has been responsive and unfortunately until I can get it torn apart again not much can be done.

    Went ahead and fabbed up the tunnel today. Door off a circuit breaker box, cut off wheel and vice and hammer. Would have been easier with a shear and box and pan brake but we don't deal much with sheet metal here.

    I decided to keep the rear bumper since I still don't have one yet and didn't want to deal with shipping it. They gave back the difference in cost plus some for the mix up.

    That doesn't look bad. All you had to use was one washer on each stud for spacing?

    I'm going to make up a couple brackets tomorrow to mount the stock fogs.
