Got my front and rear installed. Had to notch the front to clear the AC line but looked at All Pro and noticed theirs has a notch. Not worried about weakening it since its on a bend. I did get the rear bumper lines a bit better than the attached photo using my high-lift jack. Overall, I have to say I am very impressed with the quality. The light bar hoop is clearly some very thin wall tube that would bend easily. That isn't a big deal anyway since I don't really like it. first dent I get in it and its getting chopped off.

I'll have a cut off wheel/grinder next attempt.

Curious, did you have adjustment up and down? I was looking at the mounting slots tonight and the bottom one isn't as elongated as the other 2 on each side. I'm thinking this is what held the bumper up and gave me what appears tonbe more A/C line interferencr than the others have had.

Eager to get it mounted now

I have a bit of up down adjustment but not a ton. The thin metal reinforcement that holds the headlights and clips for the filler pieces is basically holding the bumper up. I have a clearance issue with the filler pieces that I'm not really sure how to fix because of this. I may be able to fix the clips onto the bumper and not this thin factory meal support. The bumper is however spaced okay on the rest of the ruck (fenders and grille).

I would say just notch the space for the AC line in a 1"x1" fashion and you will be fine. I used a cut off wheel and cleaned i up with a grinder then shot it with flat black enamel. I didn't need to use washers to push the bumper forward or anything after notching. I certainly wouldn't recommend spacing the bumper off the frame horns if you plan on winching and would highly recommend a welded reinforcement plate as the factory horns are a bit thin IMO.

Thanks, that sounds like exactly my issue and what I was telling the seller. The bracing that holds the trim/headlight clip seemed to be holding the bumper up ans eliminating the downward movement needed. Tonight I noticed the shorter elongation in the bottom slot thought that might be part of the problem as well.

I told him ai didn't like the thought of using what looked like would need to be 3/8- 1/2" of washers to space the bumper for clearance and cutting a tunnel would be a better option for me.

Appreciate the feedback, has my optimism back a little bit. Didn't foresee this or would have had necessary tools on hand the first time
