Finally washed my truck after being out of town for a few days. Both sliders look like this image.jpg

A few paint scratches aren't going to throw it out of balance.. Unless I'm missing something else

Looks like he is missing about 12" of stick on weights just inside the spokes. Same shit happens to me at least a couple times a year.

Both. They are pretty deep gouges, not just the paint scratched. I'll take closer pics tomorrow.

Even still gouges aren't going to throw it off really. But missing weights will

LOL your F5 rims look new compared to mine. That small amount of missing aluminum isn't throwing anything off.

Yeah.. My rings look worse.. Its not that.. It's the wheel weights. Happens to me every now and then.

Okay well it isn't that then haha. This is literally the 5th time I'll have to get them rebalanced.. Haven't even had them on a year yet (~10k miles)

Could be tires too. Some are more difficult to get balanced than others.

Yup. It's annoying to rebalance them so often but they are so good off road

Not the 1st time ive heard that about MTRs. But hey if they work up there.
My buddy in Portland runs STT Pros on his 80series and came from MTRs I believe.

I've heard stt pro's are amazing but we'll see when it comes time to get new tires. No matter you can't go wrong

MTRs are known to be a pain in the ass to balance in several sizes. I would rate my STT Pros over the MTR w/Kevlar on the trails, they were breaking necks at rock therapy and hooking up where other tires (MTRs, KM2s, etc...) were having a noticeably harder time. It was a toss up for me originally but after running them both I prefer the feel of the Coopers over the Goodyears.

Yeah I've heard they are really good on the rocks.. We'll see. I can always try them out for 30 days and switch if I like MTR's better
