(dont know why there wouldn't be) Well things are changing (can't quite say it's turning around yet) We've been living/dealing with the hell that is an unlawful detainers meaning we've had squatters/homeless people coming into house on a 24/7 basis, we've had the ECPD here no less than 8 times now in 2 months, Finally did get one of the ex-tenants moved out ...ahhh, the eviction process is brutal....


    That about sums it up for the moment David, I DO hope this asshole moves out on Aug. 1st as he promised...we'll see

    Maureen's dad passed away about 2 months ago, & as you'd expect, he died with no living will so it's right back to Ca.'s probate court... fuuuuck !! I just got done doing this when my mom passed, anyway, before he died , he had rented 2 rooms to these parasitic P.O.S. & decided they weren't going to move so it's been war ever since, i'll put up a vid for ya Dave...

    Think I saw this, but yeah, basically when the property owner dies without legal will the state assumes care taking of property until surviving family members are located (if there are any) the danger here is if theres renters onsite, they TOO have a say in the usage of property while they live there, paying no rent or utilities (which by Ca. tenant laws, you cannot turn off while theres people living there & you have to wait out the eviction process, fucking sux ballz...

    I would find a way of removing them even if it was an accidental discharge of a firearm aiming up towards those asshats! Haha, OK not really but I would be flipping out!

    Who puts a starter there? That had to be a mech. engineer idea... "yeah, lets save space and put it there!"

    Side Note: 8 years and 95,000 of hard earned miles, she still passes smog! I've only changed plugs, filters, and cleaned the MAF and IAC. Original cats too (to me at least), gotta love Toyotas!
