Yeah I remember you've said that before. I finally listened. When I last maxed at 290 I was in the middle of the 5x5 and I had just done 225 5x5 before I stopped that workout. Since I got it 6x today I think I have made some progress. I got it 39reps total with the 10 sets I did today. Wish I was counting the whole I was going and I would've pushed for 1 more to have an even 40

Not until I get below 12% body fat, so probably like 4 years from now...

Srs, I'm hoping by the end of August.

Hey, it's a weekday...I do good during the week!

Probably the truest statement of the day. My self-control is turrible on Sat and Sun

Pretty positive I'm battling a stomach virus right now but all I'll say is first time I've ever got sick at the gym and had to leave. I was about 1 hour in and just could go anymore.

As much as I hate to depending on how I feel tomorrow I'm probably gonna skip because I don't want to be that guy. Good news is though 1 week until I go back to the dr and see if I get to start physical therapy

Do you have a picture of you at ~10-12% bf? I'm trying to get an idea of where I'm at without going and paying to have my bf taken. And it seems we have pretty similar builds.

Tried to kill myself today and did 10 sets of squats at 225, 6 sets of deads at 225-315, 3 super sets of leg ext/leg curls, 3 sets of walking lunges, then 30 mins of intervals. I'm going to hate myself Friday.

I don't know man, my bathroom in its current (read: under construction) state seems to help my fat show less.

    None yet...
That sounds like a good 1! How many reps were you doing for squats? Walking lunges what weight? I do a similar leg day: 5 sets of 10 225lb squats, instead of deads; leg press, extensions, leg curls, calves..no intervals.

Anywhere from 2-10 (2 on my last set).

Walking lunges were 35s on the EZ curl bar. 10 each leg.

Thought I was gonna bust my face when I first started runing.

Last time I was under 12% bf, Michael Jackson was still alive...I'm at around 14% right now, which is where I usually end up at the end of a cut because I reeeeeeeally suck at cutting. There's plenty of pics in here of me around 14%...you just gotta go back a few pages and look. I'm at work right now and can't take one, but I will when I get home from the gym. Hopefully, I'll be at 12% sometime in August....if I can get my weekends under control.

Right now, I'm floating between 194 and 200 @ 5'11" and ~14% bf. Started my cut in March at 209 and ~17% bf. Every time I cut, I can usually get down to around 14% by being pretty liberal with my diet, but once I hit ~14%, progress stops. Looks like the beers and hot wings on the weekends gotta go :pout:

Also, it stormed here pretty bad yesterday, so the power was out at the gym when I rode by. Had to push chest day to today after work. To make up for it, I went home and weeded our garden, which is about 30 yards by 20 yards, so it took a good hour and a half. My damn forearms are so sore.

Also, my entire back, ass, and hamstrings are pretty damn sore from the deadlifts on Tues. I might change my leg day routine up a little to start doing 5+ sets of my compound lifts, opposed to stopping and 3-4 sets.
