What kind of garden? We planted one this year for the first time and I didn't prepare myself for all the work that comes with it. Thought I could just pick some stuff every couple of days and be done. We've got tomatoes and a few different types of peppers. Mine is only about 200sqft though. Next year we are expanding closer to 500sqft :bananadead:

A ratchet strap released it's tension on my thumb lol. It's hard to explain, but the ratchet strap tensions a rope and I was trying to slowly "de-ratchet" the tension and well I went to fast and BAM

Dude I am jelly of your ability to "cut" like that. If I have any missteps in my diet, I don't see results, or I see negative results. Shit sucks. I was 239 three weeks ago, now I am back up to 245. I am going to lift 3-4 times a week, and do prowler pushes at least twice a week. Hoping to get down to 215 by the end of the year. I hit 230 earlier this year so I think it is doable, but it is going to take ridiculous discipline. I turn 30 in November, so I know it's only going to get harder from here.

We have tomatoes, jalapenos, scorpion peppers, habaneros, green beans, cucumbers, squash, and okra. Yeah, gardens are a pain in the ass lol.

As long as I stay dedicated 5 days a week, progress happens for a few months. After I get to that 14-15% bf mark though, I just start spinning my wheels....no setbacks, but no progress either. I've been in this phase for little over a month now :anonymous:

Yikes. So painful too. I was setting up my push mower after pulling it out of the shed. For storage I loosen the bolts holding the push handle and fold it in half. Went to fold it back out and my hand slipped, pushed my little finger right into the gap and it rotated 180 degrees. It is still somewhat discolored and a part of it feels numb when I touch it.

It's all about the diet man. Just stay consistent with it, cheating is ok as long as it's moderation and not a daily thing.

Nope, still have a divot in the finger as well. Only good part is it was my left hand and I'm right handed.

That's a solid garden brah. I've got tomatoes and jalapenos.

I'm gonna need 7 days a week dedication and focus for the next few months to reach this goal. Once school starts back up, it doesn't get any easier either.

Back in the gym tonight! Gonna start with squats, work up to 3 sets 5 at 315 hopefully. Then on to bench, hopefully up to 3 sets of 5 at 225. My bench has been shit recently. I'll finish up with some incline dumbbell presses and some tricep work.

Well it's going to take me a while on deadlifts to get where I want I think. Yesterday when I tried 225 on bench (75% of max goal, 300#) I got 6 on my first set (10 is the goal before I max again). Today I did 300 (75% of 400# goal) and only got 3 on my first set. I then got 2-1 so I went down to 225 and finished off with 7 sets of 8 at that weight. My grip played into it, maybe could've gotten one more rep each set before I dropped the bar but to go from 3 to 10 reps is going to take some time :frusty:

I've gotten 225 on bench 10x before, but now I doubt I can even get 6..

I did just buy a box of the apple cinnamon cheerios a few days ago. Gonna be shreeeeeeeeeeeddded

:D those days are over! yeah right

The only things in our garden I care about are the cucumbers and peppers. I make pickles and pepper jelly each year and sell the shit out of it! Hell, I don't even eat tomatoes or squash.

I'm with you on needing 7 days a week to reach my goals, as well. I'm hoping when the wife and I move on Aug 1, it'll get better. Right now, we're staying with her parents and their house is like the damn hub on the weekends. Everyone stops by there on Sat and Sun to grill out and drink and whatnot, so it's damn near impossible to hang out there on the weekends without eating or drinking like crap. Also, their house is stocked with food that's bad for you. I only ever buy shit that's on my diet and our new house is out of the way, so people won't be stopping by to get into weekend shenanigans, so I'm hoping all that helps.
