As of now I know I will just be down atleast the two days a week after the 15th. But from there I dont know for sure yet

Once you sign all the papers you should be able to move jobs and it won't effect you. But things have changed a lot in the last 12 years since I bought a house. Ask you Lender, they'll be able to tell you when you are set in stone.

When I bought mine 2 years ago the mortgage peeps left it as after the loan is approved and papers are signed you can spend and do whatever you want, I was curious as I needed to drop a crapload for house stuff and wanted a new cc to benefit rewards on 10k worth of stuff. I'd assume leaving a job and change of income would be the same as after that the bank only looks at receiving there payments.

I have the offer letter but Its a pay cut. Not a big one but enough where I think it will matter. Im not trying to use the new career path for thus home. Just want to know when I can safely leave.

I take a few days to be busy with life and you guys add tons of pages.

    TLDR any of it.

    How is everyone doing?

I am now working in Payson on Wednesdays and Fridays, so no more weekend craziness.

Heading out on my motorcycle ride on the 16th!!! :bikewheelie2: Will try and check in between now and then, but have to work a few extra days before then and a lot to do to get ready.
