Good looking out and it is on my way to the Pelfrey's as well as @Speed Freek 's place for install. I've never heard of Mo's egg house (I've heard of Moe's tavern in Springfield, however). I like the Broken Yolk which I think they have a Temecula location. Anyhow, I'll definitely try your recommendation. :hattip:

If you ever see my truck in person, you'll see I've never cared about scratches. I think the scratches show up great on a black truck, too! Makes them more visible. :D Someone did key my truck a few months ago with some moderately deep lines in some areas.

Haha, yea it does get pretty scary when you can't see anything right in front of you. It won't help that I also have an aftermarket fiberglass hood in the garage that I still have to install that makes the center of the hood higher by a few inches.

I don't care about trail pinstripes either but if I ever caught someone keying my truck on purpose, I'd go medieval on them. Hate people that do shit like that :censored:

Looks like you're opting for weld-on as well?

Back when I was initially looking at sliders I wanted bolt-on, but the more I read about it the more it sounded like weld-on was the safest route to go with if they're going to be used a lot. I plan on it! :mudding:

I had an issue with drilling into the frame so I just opted for the weld ons. A lot of guys agree it's easier to cut, grind, and cover, a weld, than fill a hole in the frame.

I am not a huge fan of KTM, but I must say they do have the best dual sports by far (that includes the Husky lineup), the Jap bikes fit me better, but just my preference, I race a YZ295 (2 stroke) and a KX450f, but own an AF500 and a few other bikes as well.

KLR650 is a huge tank! The only dual sporting I would do on one is fire roads, lol.

    Good choice!
