We watch the spring/winter baking championship show and if nothing else is on we will watch Guy's Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. Used to watch Man v Food some too. We try and go to the places in those shows when we travel

Edit: and the food truck competition shows. I love food truck food!

Haven't tried those, but I'll toss in Apple Jacks sometimes. My bottom desk drawer is about 3-4 different kinds of cereal.

Order a caliper off Amazon. Mine was $11 and you can do it yourself. Or you can buy one of those fancy scales that Derick has but those are probably closer to $100...

You're definitely leaner than me, for sure.

I'm trying to get on the Jerry Seinfeld level of cereal collections:

    Best. Show. Ever.

I'm gonna make a batch before Christmas so folks can buy it as gifts. I make jalepeno and ghost jelly. The ghost is hot as fuq.

I ended up cutting a tiny sliver off...brb gonna go take a pic

EDIT: nvm, someone ate the rest of it...it was like a tootsie roll-sized piece I took off, swear.

Maybe it's me but I never found the show all that outstanding. Bear in mind I'm old enough to remember it well in its primetime run.

Some episodes are good. I've just never seen anything that makes me want to sit down to watch. That said I'm not like that with much on TV and sure wasn't at that time in my life.

So I would have to read all 2000+ pgs of this, so I will ask.

What pre workout you guy taking? I feel like I run outta gas within 30 mins of starting to work out. I used to take No-Xplod but Im2 sure there better stuff out there thats a reasonable price. I was thinking of something with citrilline instead of creatine.

Protein shakes/powders? What are your guys thoughts? I read that taking too much protein turn to fat if you dont workout enough to use it all. So i haven't taken anything just eat turkey and chicken if I can.

Also, the gut man. I have a helluva time getting the lower abs area to come out because of this nice plush layer of fat. I eat healthy for the most part on the weekdays, salads, 6" jared subway special, no soda at all and water instead of tea etc. I work on abs almost every time I go to the gym but I feel its not helping. Any killer target ab workouts you guus like to use?

I'm sitting at 224 roughly at 6' tall and would like to be down to around 210. I'm trying to build size but also shed fat, mostly in the gut. Got rid of the love handles mostly but that lower ab area kills me in the mirror.

More legs? Work on the front to back to make the gut look smaller? I can do 3 sets of 10 on tricep dips now after 2 weeks of trying to get my arms bigger lol. I dunno. I'm lost. I'm not going for competition or anything, just like to get my stomach flatter and be wider up top with the delts.

    I usually do
    abs/triceps/chest,
    abs/legs,
    biceps/shoulders,
    abs/back
Cardio for 10 mins after workouts

I spread it out as much as I can but I'm missing something.
    Any info is appreciated

Pre work is a switch. Mr Hyde for intense strength and good sweat but I start crashing about 30-45 min in. C4 50x gets me about 1.5 hours of constant high energy good pump great focus. Not much sweat.

Protein is the hardest of all the three macros to break down so essentially your body works harder to burn it so stick around a gram per body weight. But you're not gonna get fat if you're working out and drinking protein shakes unless you're drinking a shit ton and sitting on your ass at home or drinking the wrong kinds like a mass gainer or what not and not expending the energy to break it down. I use bodytech it's cheap and tastes pretty solid. Others use ON its good too but a little more expensive.

I recently switched to intermittent fasting so I eat a small breakfast like 2 scoop shake and some almond milk with two egg whites in it. Then that's about it until dinner. I may snack on some nuts or something but I found I'm not hungry at work and I'm just not eager to take time to stop and eat. But at night at home I snack a lot. So now majority of my calories about 1500 come at dinner or after I get off.

But wait for The other guys they are way more cut than I am
