    Exactly, I get that the OP is complaining on principle but anything shipped to Canada is typically 3x more and decent chance of extra charges at the border if you don't play your cards just right.

    Umm, it did effect me. Yesterday afternoon I refunded OPs order and have changed our policies.

    This order was placed online and he did not contact us prior to blasting us on TW so I was never given a chance to address the issue to make it right. Our store isn't perfect and sometimes does overcharge for shipping. I refund shipping at the time we receive the order when we catch it. We are human and sometimes things get through. It's not intentional. The adult way to handle it would be to call and say something, ask for a refund, send an email.

    I am a human being with feelings. It completely ruins my day when we have issues like this, on Tacoma World or not. Most of you don't even know me, yet you think because I don't show up to every argument I'm invited to that I don't care. That couldn't be farther from the truth.
