Just warning everyone to be cautious if looking for a BPV bracket. I ordered a 2.5" one from Offroad Solutions and was in shock when I tried to install it. The holes are drilled way out of spec. It won't even bolt into the axel. When lining one hole up correctly, the other hole sits about 1/2 - 3/4 off the threads. Yes I flipped the bracket and tried every which way. And just for fun, I lined up the holes to the brake mechanism, and you aren't even able to screw in the bottom one due to the emergency brake line screw.

I'm baffled an Offroad shop can't successfully drill 4 holes in a piece of metal.

Thoroughly unhappy, and emailed them to start a refund. I'm going to be furious if they do end up charging me a 15% restocking fee.

    I'll post updates.

Are you sure they didn't accidentally send you the wrong bracket? Also why blast them on here BEFORE you give them a chance to correct it? Could be a simple mistake.

Definitely ordered the correct bracket - and the printed invoice in the box reassures that. I wouldn't say I 'blasted' them at all, the first line of my post reads "Just warning everyone to be cautious if looking for a BPV bracket."

As a warning to anyone buying a BPV bracket from them.

Mike at Offroad Solutions was very apologetic and issued me a full refund immediately. He said the brackets have been fitted on Tacomas UP to 04. So I'm guessing I just got a defective bracket. Quick refund and response by Mike at Offroad Solutions! Excellent customer service
