I thought the downloaded games went with the Xbox Live profile?

 

I'll be leaving everything that's on the console right now (which is exactly what was on it when I got it) and all I had to do was click the profile and it would load. Haven't had any issues with it; was just playing GOW3 on it it a few minutes ago actually
