Need to spin the toytec coilovers

I had the ultimate lift kit installed at a shop cause I had no time and no impact wrench to help. Ugh..now I'm ignorant-I hate the way that works!!!
I need to lift the front a little bit now as the front end has settled.
When I asked the guy at the shop what the coilovers were set to he "didn't know".
I don't want to return to the shop to have him turn my coilovers a few clicks.
How do I quantify the lift on my coilovers? Is there a way to measure something on them to let me know what setting they are on?
Any body care to do a little walk through on adding a little more lift to the Toytec coilovers?
I know I have to remove the tires and make a breaker extension for the spanning wrench.......
Its most likely as straightforward as I imagine it to be but I want to just be clear in my mind the process before I get going.

I think they come pre-set at 2 1/2 inches. My kit had a instruction sheet detiling not to adjust move then an additional amount as measured by the amount of exposed threads. I think if you email toytec they will fill in the exact details. I set mine at 3 inches prior to installation. Oil the threads good prior to adjusting...

 

265-75-16 and they rub the mud/splash guard when reversing. I had to remove them.

 

I'll give it a measure tomorrow. I got two days off to give a try.

 

Had that problem with mine. Toytec said they are preset at 3". Mine definately were not. I had at least another inch if not more on mine. It did the same thing after about 8 months and just settled slightly. We tried to adjust them with the spanner wrench that comes with the kit but all we did was bend the wrench. The CO's would not move. We had to remove the coils, compress the springs and then they adjusted fine. I did not oil them a day or two before like I have heard. Try that cause it is supposed to help.
