Sorry for the delay. I have not actually used the charger yet as I don't normally need to charge my phone in the truck. Possibly on a long trip and will just use either the console plug or the one up front.

Ordered one today. As simplistic as it may seem, I have zero creativity and would take me three times the labor and cost to put something together.

Plus supporting small businesses is important. Can't wait to get my s%#! together when it arrives.

Is the console a similar size to the 2nd gen? If so, I have another storage idea that could help. Love my @salex organizer in there.

Don't know if it will fit in the 2016, but I put this grid-it organizer on the top of my console for added storage. They come in different sizes.

For the record, I don't keep the Benchmade knife in there. Just checking if it would fit because curiosity. I know it is illegal to conceal it...

I keep a snub nose 357 magnum in between my seat and console. Perfectly legal in good ol' AZ ;)

I know. I hate you. This picture was actually taken when visiting my family in Havasu so it was legal. I wish I lived in a free state...

Traded my 2012 sport for the 16
I had one of these table organizers in my 2012, worked like a champ and it was $10. When I realized my 16 had a smaller console I simply used a dremel to trim a bit, turned it sideways and walla.

Installed mine today. Took longer to watch the install video than the actual install! Just a reminder, close the cover for your console charger before installing!

About the Salex organizer... If you find yourself without an ice scraper during the winter, pull out one of the dividers and it does a good job. Happened to me today at work and it worked so good, I don't even plan on packing an ice scraper for the rest of the winter.

Bought the Salex on Amazon for $15 or so. I like it and may need to get one for wife's 4Runner as it's like a rat's next in there.

The ice scraper feature is by design! Bet the bar caddy napkin holder can't do that!

Just thought I'd add something in that I did. I as well purchased mine from Amazon and is very pleased with the fit and quality. However, the the 2 slats that go over piece #1 tends to slide around when u are looking for things. While others are ok with it, some reviews I've seen on Amazon complain about how they slide around so much when installed.

So what I did was I purchased some furniture grip pads (hardware store). they were about $3.60 for a pack. Cut em in half and used em as bumpers to keep the slats from shifting around. Now I am 100% satisfied! Stays put no matter what I put in there and no matter how much I rummage through it. Hard to explain but see pics below! Have a good day!
