I usually just bring water and snacks. Sometimes caffeine.

I feel ya everyday man myself, shattered my calcaneus(heal)in 10 pieces and it healed crooked, broke my hand popped 2 ribs and they healed fucked up thx Kaiser , popped my head open like a watermelon and snapped c4-5-5-6&7i n my neck.
And some how i still go to work.
