@Gramps @PS78 what do you fellas use to stick your patches to the headliner? Just a roll of sticky Velcro?

I have a couple cool ones I acquired in Grand Tetons and Yellowstone

this stuff for any patch that doesn't have velcro hook back already sewn on. I was told on the one thread that "IT WILL FAIL" but its been over 100deg inside my cab multiple days and not one has fallen off the headliner. probably about 30% of my patches have this on the backing.

    ace hardware has it

I use an app called "youmail" it has a lot of cool features as well as learns other spam numbers and automatically goes to a message saying your number has been disconnected. Pretty nice.

Neve's police supply has sewn velcro to all of mine for a few bucks each. I'm curious if the sticky sided velcro holds up all summer for Phil and Gramps

@Gramps has a theory that his sound deadener has helped disperse the heat on the headliner but every day when i get in the truck i put my hand on the headliner and its not that hot, i think ill be good to go!!

question for anyone on here... im moving to Parker, CO at the end of this month. I have a 2wd taco, i am familiar with driving in the snow. Am I going to be totally SOL if i let it ride with the 2wd and just get snow tires/throw sand bags in the bed. What are your opinions? I would like to try and make it until winter 2017 at least its a 2012 taco relatively new.

    IMO
Id say the majority of the Time you'd be ok but, if we get dumped on (snow wise) hmm could be pretty sketchy
I used to have a 63Chevy pickup that did alright, but I've lived in Colorado my whole life so I know how to drive in the snow:)

I live 20 minutes SE of Parker. The elevation here and in Parker is about 1000' higher than Denver. Winters are a little worse up here as far as ice and snow. That being said you'll only deal with really bad road conditions about 7 days out of the whole winter, but you never know.

One thing to keep in mind is 2wd trucks aren't worth as much here, so it'll be hard to get a good price on it if you decide to sell once you get here.
