I was 249.9. I gained a pound over the week. Still a big trend... look at the last 3 weeks together.

I totally forgot about this thread, I've been slacking recently but have still seen some progress so far. As of this morning I was 265.3lb. Was actually pretty excited and pumped to keep it going.

Total lost so far: 8.1lbs :D

Keep up the good work everyone

Won't be near my scale until Saturday. Hopefully I have positive results. Have been eating proper, but exercise has taken a back seat. Not proud.

226.6 this morning after a small bout of stomach issues. Think I picked up a momentary stomach bug. So since surgery we'll round up and say about 13 lbs lost in the last month. Definitely not good nor safe so it is nothing for me to be bragging about and I don't recommend anyone do it. But it is what it is and hopefully I get back to full gym status and back to life lifting next week. We shall see.

You are aware that it's not right, so that is more than half the battle.

Oh I never said it was. I honestly don't know what has caused it. Now at first when I lost the first 7-8 I was eating at maintenance and still losing and probably over maintenance. as time as progressed it has slowed down greatly which is a good thing.

I did find an interesting article about a study done showing how after being injured the body actually increAses your metabolic rate to break down foods and liquids faster so it can get the nutrients into you faster to help you heal. So what does that mean. It means my badly was excersising when I wasn't doing anything but sitting there. So technically I should have been eating at a coloring surplus. But we'll see what happens.

So if I hear you correctly, what you are saying is that you are going to start marketing a new weight loss program centered around injuring yourself, recovering, then injuring again. Sound right? :D:D:D

I think this captures the Current American business culture. BTW, the legal system may also get involved for some upcoming lawsuits.....

I've kept a pretty good week so far. We ate chinese food last night and I have no idea of how many calories were in it. Today was back and calves day at the gym. Tried out a new grip (hook grip) for the deadlift and it's SO much better. Hurts my thumbs to do it, but that's supposedly normal for a while. I was limited in dead-lift weight by how much my hands could grip. Alt/grip didn't help a ton, nor did gloves.. it's all about the hook grip!!

Had a 6 month check-up at the doctor on Monday, and he said "well, you haven't really lost any weight since I last saw you, but you sure do look different". Nice to hear something like that from the doc instead of "yeah, lose 10 more lbs and we'll go from there".

I've managed to toss the 4th of July BBQ weight off, so I'm happy. Hoping to get below 200lbs within the next two weeks. That would be a milestone for me.

Down exactly 2 lbs since yesterday, for some reason. I guess my metabolism is doing some good work now. I'm only down 4# since we started this thing, but I'm seeing areas of my body getting leaner already. My legs haven't been this defined since my 20's. Just gotta get rid of this visceral fat more and more. BP and blood sugar numbers have definitely come down though.

Haven't posted in a while. 163.0 today. Staying about the same weight but I've lost belly fat and gained muscle which is what I wanted

Damn good work everyone! Making more progress every week!

Also, since I forgot to put this here before... 185.6 lbs this week. Down a whole .2lbs from last week... but it's still the right direction!

Come on guys... Who else is still doing this with me???

I didn't go the right direction this week... 185.8 lbs. Gotta step things up here! Although, I have noticed my jeans are feeling a bit looser than they used to.

Tonight was a great workout, my trainer recently got another trainee (Who I happen to work with), former Army and former LEO, physically he's about the shame shape as me, but he is older and has had heart attack in the past.
We did this today, all outside in 85+ degree weather (Felt like 90+).
Felt damn good to get back out there.
Edit: Workout was a bootcamp workout, legs, abs, tire flips, sprints, and 2 .25 mile runs.

Good! I didn't want to think that I was the only one tracking this lol

Keep up the good work guys! It does feel good to get things going. Plus it's encouraging to have people who see me regularly start to ask if I've lost weight recently
