    Do you have an agreement with them? That if you find a new place (or they do) that you have to give X days notice? Do you think there would be any retaliation if you tell him you are moving out?

    they own this house...so they arent moving out...and no real agreement persay...i just told them when i moved in that i would let them know before i move out...no specified time limit

    i dont think there would be any sort of retaliation...because he knows i wont think twice about taking legal action...but i think its just a better idea in this case to secure a place...start moving non-essential stuff...and then let them know

    eh if i have my own place i wont mind people crashing there
