    Just got back from some perf testing and butt dyno results from the new header install . I put about 35 miles on the truck today doing some mtn driving and freeway driving and again very impressed with the performance gains

    I went up the 4200ft Cajon Pass on I -15 north and prior to the header install by the time I was nearing the steepest section prior to Oak Hills I would be down 60 mph with the trans in passing gear

    Now today I stayed at 75mph the whole way up the pass and never felt it slowing down . Even had enough power to swap lanes and pass which was almost impossible before . I even had plenty of power entering the freeway and barely any throttle input

    Even was able to blow the doors off a 2016 double cab Tacoma on the steepest section of the pass and I know the driver heard the blower whine LOL!!!

    Even driving around town throttle input was less than before especially from a stop light and felt like I've got a 3.4 V6 as driveabilty is so much better and doesn't feel like a 4 cylinder at all

    I guess it took some extra driving today to get the ECU to recalibrate and it shows it , feels so much more responsive and efficient now and can't wait to check fuel mileage

    Let's see .... next perf mod is a big hit of Smurf Juice , maybe a 125 - 150 hit !!!! :eek::thumbsup:

    i would hope so! i think that's just badass with a 4cyl. i've been tickled to death with how mine does even after the bigger tires. the air filter helped but the only time i feel power loss is when the a/c is on. going to to be a right badass little truck when you get the suspension and wheels and tires on

    :wave: night boys... :yawn: it's flipping HOT outside!!! Although guess it doesn't help that I need to dig trenches to move the back 80' of sprinkler line :facepalm: Have to dig up the old line and a new trench to put the line in :anonymous:

    don't get any exercise using a back hoe and it would break my sprinkler line....
