Its kinda funny you mentioned Baja designs too, cause those were the ones i was more focused on finding. I like their design.

I have an 02 4 door tacoma, looking to mount a light bar. The mounts I have are drilled into my doors, not the roof. Anyone know what size bar I need? I was thinking 42".....

Dose your bumper double as a ice chest? My busy built him self one exactly like that and we'd throw a 32 pack in there with Ice

What mod is required to remove the blinkers from where you installed fog lights?

Probably have to do the "fog light mod", which moves the turn signals into the corner lights

I was told that a 40" curved works best with the relentless mounts. less messing around with a hammer. can anyone confirm? thx

    working on it!
I just bought the relentless low profile mounts. they work good, just remember before mounting to make sure your wipers will clear the light bar

First I cut the plastic that goes across that gap on the bumper
Toom the bumper out and ran a square tube across the top and bolted into the bumper mounts on the bumper then welde 2 5" square tub on that to mount the light
I forgot to take pics but hope that helps

I put a 30" bar behind my stock bumper, I liked the idea of going behind for a few reasons, one of them being it makes it much harder to steal, you would have to take the bumper off to be able to get back there to un bolt it. I didn't cut my valence at all, it does cover the 2 bottom outer L.E.D.s but, its still plenty bright, and I don't miss the little bit that are covered because I have 10" more of lights....

What light did you throw under there? I can make mounts but that looks so clean did you need to do any cutting??
