    Thats not a pick-n-pull yard. Big difference. I assume those 'regular' wrecking yards usually out-bid the pnp yards for the more desireable wrecks.

    Eric, did anyone contact you? I was last to come off the trail and just got reception in Arnold. Not heading back to the camp.

    No, didn't hear back. Toy Connection closed at 3:00, so that option went away.

    Carnage at Slickrock:

    @tacomgee - driveshaft
    @EL BOOGIE - driveshaft
    @Fernando - CV
    @jAndyMendo - swaybar link broke and punctured cv boot

    Also a lot of dented skids and bumpers, especially @Gply

    I hit every piece of armor, broke a valve stem, and dented my driveshaft.

    Slickrock is no joke and the guys who ran it before said its harder than last year.

    Good times though!

    Whaaat! 3 driveshafts! All on the same spot on the trail? Or different?

    And any clue what the plan was with getting Blake out?

    Nice pics btw!

    Edit: Blake snapped his driveshaft on a different part of the trail yesterday.

    Robin (@EL BOOGIE ) took the hard line at the waterfall and wrecked his driveshaft. I took an easier route, but flailed up the waterfall like a salmon on the way to spawn. Took bad lines and 3.73 gears with the 6-speed was tough. Traction issues too. I need some MT's.

    Fun fact: Tacoma driveshafts have a decent diameter. That's so they can stuff the maximum amount of used toilet paper rolls in there. They're filled with cardboard.

    Cardboard? Really?!

    Does this means a new 1 piece makes more sense?

    Yeah, Blake probably has pics.

    Don't know if a 1 piece would hang too low. I had some vibes on the way home and need to replace it. Thinking of having a driveline shop make a stronger 2nd 1/2. Then strap the dented one to the frame next to the exhaust.

    Thanks, I let Blake call the shots on this and he's just gonna roll out with my drive shaft.

    Many thanks to all that helped in finding a driveshaft! TW really stepped up. At @916TacoTruck 's house waiting on towtruck, and going to swap driveshaft and drive home to rosa. Will post up more when home later
    Here's a quick pick of the driveshaft in question.....
