The raptor style has a 3" tube option i think, with little steps that hang down

Considering the comments about bumpers and sliders, after the meet yesterday and seeing a bunch of different styles, I am convinced that the SOS Concepts are the way to go, especially after riding with Acerwin and seeing how well they did versus rocks. Not only do they look solid, but they perform, as well.

Haha ok. So those are the OEM ones then? You're a little bit of a drive, how much do you want for them? Seriously, what's so awesome about the sliders besides if your truck falls over they won't break? Not being sarcastic I'm truly curious.

The toughness of them is the biggest pro for sliders over steps, especially if built and mounted at the correct angles...they'll ruin a door before allowing your truck to get dinged by the idiot at Walmart who didn't pay attention to how close they parked to you

Same here. I have a little over an acre in Laurens county I am going to probably have to pay someone with a dozer to clear. Lots of big oaks and plenty of cedar trees that would make some real good firewood. I plan to have a gas log fireplace when I build there, so they wont do me any good.

If the truck falls over the only thing that will help you will be a roll-cage, but with the sliders, if you are going over rocks and boulders, the truck will literally slide on them instead of ruining your undercarriage.

And a couple of months ago I would have had no idea what I am talking about right now... :notsure:
