Titles says it all; I bought my Taco used and some of those 10mm bolts are getting pretty rusted. Where can I get some new ones that'd fit properly?

You're going to have to be a lot more specific than that.

Lowes sells 10 mm bolts. Just need to measure the old ones for the length.

Sorry; There are several used to secure the rear taillight assemblies, as well as the front skid-plate.

Ahhh, gotcha. Your best bet is to just take one to home depot and get a few comparable ones. They have a nice little tester to figure out the size you'll need.

Dealer comes to mind along with Dallas Toyota online parts sales for them with a discount.

    Good ideas above.

I'll throw this out as well:

    http://www.clipsandfasteners.com

Key in "Toyota" - minus the quotes in the search field. Items for Toyota's will pop up. It's a long list. Not saying they have everything. Just another place to look for nuts/bolts/etc.

I use the parts section offered by Fremont Toyota as they are local to me and don't charge a fee on will-call orders.
You can put in your make, year and model information and navigate to the parts you need. In the case of those splash guard bolts, it looks like this:
All Vehicles - 2010 - Toyota - Tacoma - Base - BODY HARDWARE / RADIATOR SUPPORT / SPLASH SHIELDS / Splash shield bolt

What you’re calling 10mm, I’m guessing you’re referring to that’s the size socket that fits it. So it’s most likely m6 1.0 x whatever length is needed.

Now I feel like I sound like a self proclaimed fastener snob. I’m not, they can look at a bolts markings and tell the grade, who makes it and stuff, I can’t. But I do own a thread pitch gauge and calipers to measure. I’ve learned to bring those to the store so I can confirm I’m getting what I need. Many times grabbed them from the box or from hardware store guy, get home and find they don’t fit.

Tractor Supply. I replaced all my skid plate bolts with grade 8 fasteners. Put a little grease on those ones when you replace them. I've read several posts here where those like to rust up and shear off when removing.
    You're welcome.

A lot of great suggestions so far. Since it hasn’t been suggested yet.

    Ace

The one local to me has a large selection of metric and standard as well as thread pitch boards for both.

Bring the fasteners you want to replace with you. Check them if you don’t know what they are. One thing to note if buying non oem replacements is to make sure you are replacing with equivalent grades.
