Haha, you know, nobody seems to want to stay at Tillis Hill in spite of Ida Lee Nagger, the surly park ranger at Holder Mine. So far the votes are 12 to 0 for Holder Mine. Curious, but I guess it's understandable with the reservation requirements and the fact that they don't allow dogs at Tillis Hill.

 

Oh, hey, Frank , I noticed you got the Fall Camp & Ride up on the OP. You got it a little wrong though. No Croom this year. Gonna be Citrus & Redrock. I figure if this becomes a yearly thing, we can very the locations. Maybe next year we can camp at Hardrock or ONF or something.

 

Hardrock prerunner friendly?

 

My first reaction would be to say 'not so much', but I do know Prerunners have been out there. Haven't been since last December though, so I'm not sure how it is currently. It's been different everytime I've gone.

Edit: Hardrock was just an example though. I know they have a campground there. ONF, though, is probably a Prerunner playground. Never been myself, but I know Thorny Mike goes out there a lot.

Most of us don't like Richloam though. I think only you, @1stgen, and myself are the only ones that enjoy it. Everyone else hates the water, mud, and the fact that it's not terribly Prerunner friendly.

That said, I'd be down to go out there with you after hunting season. I think it's a little too wet for me in the fall though...the OGT is really not high enough to deal with some of the deeper water crossings. Haha, of course, I remember backing out of one trail in my YJ that had 8" of lift and was sitting on 16x35 Boggers because it got too deep and most of the trails were dry as a popcorn fart since there was a drought going on at the time. The moral to that story is there's always gonna be something out there that's too damn deep for whatever you happen to be driving.

 

Hey guys I'm sorry I don't get to pay attention the forums very often but has a thread a been started yet for citrus? I can't seem to find anything searching for the annual Florida citrus meet? If it has please some one point me to it?

 

There is one for Citrus/Red Rock this October. The annual meet one hasn't been started for 2017, but @Taco No Baka might just use the 2016 one
