    Had such a fun time this weekend. We really need to do trips more often. Even if its not a somewhat difficult trail like slick rock. I just wanna get out and camp more with everyone.
    Oh and we all need to go to ham radios i think . Im gonna start reading up on setups. Those handhelds were awesome this weekend. F$ck cb radios, ive yet to ever get one to work.

    Blew a fuse in the DC plug adapter for my Midland radio yesterday morning, so I could only use it in handheld mode. Didn't work for shit and couldn't use the 4' Firestick. I'll eventually go with a Yaesu, but picked this up on Amazon for $27.

    Get the Nagoya antenna upgrade, that is what makes those lil radios amazing. It should be one of the items recommended on Amazon, I can look up the model if needed though.

    I had a really good time. @BudMan , thanks for putting this together. It was the perfect weekend. It seemed like there was hardly anyone else in the area and the weather was fantastic. Jeremy (forgot your username) @Mademan925, @Robmonster117 thanks for spotting! A good spotter really does make intimidating obstacles easier. And thanks to you guys I barely got a scrape on my truck. All I had was a dent in the plastic to my bumper which is just more motivation to replace it with something better.

    Yeah, I'm down to go camping pretty much whenever. This weekend was my 4th weekend in a row of camping. I never get tired of it.

    I kinda forgot about it but I still want to do a Gold Lakes Mountain biking trip at the end of this month. I'll put a thread together later today....I gotta get back to work.
