You're right. Might have to start using my right arm. Let the left one rest for a few days

I don't do max either, too much risk for screwing yourself up, but I said a week or two thinking you kidlettes heal faster than I do. I run into joint pains/pulls at various times and it usually takes me a month, sometimes two, for it to work it's way through. I started doing some pull-ups a few months ago, because, well I could again, and about a month later started having some elbow problems. Quit doing those, but kept up the regular arm/shoulder work, and it's taken a couple months for that pain to lessen.

Yeah I gotcha. We will see how it feels today when I go in. If It's still painful I may just take 2 weeks off of upper body lifting and stick with cardio, abs, and legs

To be clear, for me, I don't stop, I just lessen the workout weight until the pain starts going away, then take it back up as I can. It just doesn't seem right to stop. If I stopped at every joint/ligament pain, there would always be something not getting done.

I like to think of myself as a 1st Gen, it squeaks, it creaks, it groans, but it still goes.
